Was tired of buying cheap crap for my young sons to ride so bought a couple old Huffys. This one’s back tire is tight, hard for them to get going. Anybody have advice on how to fix or a place to find a replacement?

Basically all in the title but the back tire/axle feels super tight and hard to pedal. Any advice on fixing or replacing? thanks!
