I thought you were milling a post. If all you wanted to do was mill the entire surface, why wouldn't you just mill it back and forth? Genuine question; I don't know much about machining.
In the first way it was also possible to do the same. Both ways of wasting metal are good
😹😹😹😹
Another great way? Cut the material to length first 😉
"im Dr Steve Brule, for yur health👍🏻"
The internal hose on a taper isn't it ?
What's the point? Just saw it off before milling.
Start with a shorter block.
just drill a hole
I’ve never seen but just watching the beginning it hurts my soul
Cut off saw.
What is this machine strategy name. Like roughing from out side and move inside.
What mining of this job pice facing😂😂 (time pass) realy?
Nice
I'm smarter now
I’m not any pro at this it’s just a question, can you just go inside out?
What is point of this video ?why are you doing this kind of phase tool like that ??
Сверлом не судьба это делать? Убивается инструмент таким образом! Можно другой стратегией обрабатывать. Вредные советы раздаёте…
Ramp down > and outter milling???
Why!!!!!!!! You can start to mill at inner hole which is you made!
I know why they make this video,
Sometimes someone should do this job like idiot by weak and not rigid machine.
Even they can't consider 'face cutter'
Because the machine is so weak.
I hope they want to explain about that.
Anyway. I can't agree about that,
Why he didn't use the center hole he made by ramping down for milling top stock….
I can't stand their side.. what was the purpose …..
This os the third fucking time I've seen this video, from three different channels.
Why is the first method wrong?
Es más fácil cortar el trozo de metal a la medida y ya solo darle el acabado y dimensión final en la CNC con un menor desperdicio de metal y herramienta. Pero a los gringos les gusta ser muy complicados. 😂😂😂
Why tf would you remove that much material on a CNC mill? Just cut it, then machine it
Try bandsaw instead of turning inches of steel into chips
this is an issue that doesn't exists
😂
Question, is the cut off metal recycled or does it all go to waste and new metal is mined?
Or just use the right tool for the job lol like an actual 6 to 8 inch face mill and run a better pattern.
Why not just have the stock cut to the appropriate length to begin with?
You could also drill a hole in the center of that before you start milling.
Or just raster it
the schunk advertisement is lame 😂
This is why i use my big face mill
Isnt it easier to use a band saw?
