I got some organic aloe Vera gel that is said to be good against the midges. Been to Bolton and back today.

One of the great things about Europe and Germany in particular here is the fact that the towns like this are built for people, not cars. That simply isn't the case for much of America, where you can hardly walk or bike anywhere. For me, driving has become such a chore that I wouldn't do it at all if I didn't have to. The ride you did through that quaint little town is like a dream for me, pleasant and calm. Please show us more stuff like this Tim!

Wow some very beautiful villages you passed through today! Was wondering if the hills ever get too steep, is it easy to step out of the trike and walk it? With a bicycle I can imagine that's a bit easier…
