A little run out today and although it was a little cold, we had a top day. Not many miles but who cares, it’s about getting out there and keeping fit. We took a trip along the Sankey Valley Trail calling through great Sankey before heading towards the Ferry Tavern. From there it was on to spike island where we stopped for a bite to eat and then headed over Runcorn bridge. We picked the trail back up after riding through the town, which took us along the Manchester ship canal towards Moore. We rode through Moore on the roads as the trails were very muddy and waterlogged, touching on the outskirts of Walton before going over the swing bridge and picking up the Sankey Valley trail again. A great day but very cold and muddy. #cycling #fitness #wellbeing
