  1. Thanks for your clear and precise instructions. I’m 88 and having trouble with my balance. I think maybe my ears have a lot to do with it so am intending to follow the exercises and hope this helps

  2. As usual, excellent video. I do have to comment that for myself, I was fine at 60 until recently, strong, etc, but now I'm over 80, NOT. Is there any point in your making a "program" for weakening 80+ who have injuries [knees, ankle, neck] that make life so, so hard???? Just wondering because 60 to 70 is nothing like 75 up….

  3. The exercise where you sit in chair & go forward & up. I can’t get off chair without pushing myself up with my hands & arms.

  4. Thank you sir for this helpful advice. I'm 63 and am doing what I can to stay healthy with a good diet and exercise. I know a few people in their upper 70s and lower 90s with balance problems, and it's frightening for them.
