6:50 aren't pistons ceramics?
Ahh Lee and Simon. My Wednesday is complete. Thanks for the great content and excellent job as always 🎉 Interesting comments in the chat about the checker. Have the same groupset and was keen to get a checker that could help ensure I didn't have any wear.
Love how detailed you are in your work 👍🏽
Great job and lovely bike. Love spesh frames👌
It’s in the details 😎
What cassette removal tool do you use with such a long handle, please? Thank you.
Great content as always
it was necessary to wash the switches in an ultrasonic bath) jokes if anything))
Another great job job guys 👍
kinda shocked a 2023 blowing through brake pads and a cassette… chain would b normal
make me wonder how many miles hes riding…. i put 7000+ on my 2022 trek fx3 and just changed the pads and they were only 40%
have changed the chain 2x (3rd upcoming soon) shifting A+ still
👍
So soothing
The attention to detail and your workmanship is amazing! Great video as always!
great job
Love it, thanks
❤ from 🇮🇳
When do you decide to bleed brakes? Is that routine or when there is an issue?
Did you get a new camera, look’s different, better?
07:47 – Simon, I've got SRAM Rival AXS exactly like this set-up, is there an A+B screw adjustment on the rear derailleur for SRAM AXS? My chain slips off the biggest ring but I can't see an A+B screws to adjust it ?
The detail and meticulousness in your work is so satisfying to watch. Thank you as always for the fine video.
Amazing job. I love that derailleur hanger adjuster. It's from Red Cycling, right?
I know Wolf Tooth has a hanger adjuster with a different method. Do you have any experience with their tools?
Disc brakes nightmare
This is the same bike I bought a couple of months ago. This is so useful to see what I should look out for down the line. Thanks guys. Superb video and work.
Crazy to see an AXS chain worn that early. Even using a normal drip lube (Rock n Roll Gold), my Red AXS chains lasted over 7,000 miles before they hit 0.5 stretch on a CC-4. I just switched to Silca chain wax and a Force AXS chain about six months ago though. I'm wondering if it will make it to 10,000 miles before 0.5 stretch.
For cleaning my AXS derailleurs, I pull the batteries and replace them with SRAM's red plastic cover and use Finish Line e-Shift Cleaner or 99% IPA with a small brush. I also clean the battery terminals on the derailleur and the battery itself with 99% IPA and a brush. I own an original Red AXS groupset from April 2019 that now has 17,000 miles on it. Still works perfectly.
Such a beautiful machine, getting the spa treatment. Bang up job.
The Handelbar position is merely due to the loose of the stem screws… am I right?
Another great job! Will you guys please feature any modern Campagnolo bikes?
It looks just like Eurobike. Same energy
Do you know how many km's he put on the bike / chain / Casette until he came in for your service?
Congrats mate! Good job, bike ready to Go!
Nice work
👍
Been watching this super channel for some time and I think I have detected that Lee is a bit of a watch collector as well as being a great bike fitter. It would be interesting to see an edition of the show where the watches are shown off!
This is therapeutic
Chapeau for fitting a Corsa by hand ! 🙂
Do you wax new chains before installing than?
you are lovely to watch!
very detailed and I can see how you enjoy your work <3
Woow nicely done! Great work!
Quick question for you,
When you use thin oil. Does in need to be specifically thin oil? Or can it be something like assembly paste (probably to thick) or something as simple as some chain lube?
Great video as always
I always measure pad thickness and rotor thickness. Also. On a service like this I usually bleed brakes. When do u bleed brakes on a full service?
