Day 7 | Cycling Lands End to John O’Groats (LEJOG) | Bamber Bridge to Penrith | Cycling Mod
This leg was definitely the hardest day in the saddle, but I’d learnt from previous days – it resulted in it being one of the best days and I started to enjoy it.
I’ve watched lots of Lejog and Jogle cycling videos over the years and I’m in awe of anyone who either attempts it or completes it. It takes me a while to recover from one days bike ride so how you all cope with multi day long distance rides is incredible. Well done😊

Man that looked a tough day in (and out) of the saddle, well done. Nice jersey btw
Are we going to see anymore Lejog videos please. Yours are the latest I have seen. I am planning for next year. Cheers
