Revelation 13:2 and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. Daniel 7:25 and think to change times and laws. Brothers and Sisters, what will you do if the papacy decided to change the "Sunday" to the seventh day of the week by decree? Shall you then keep Sunday, the seventh-day? After all, it’s just the name of the week. Where will your Sabbath be? Merely counting a seven day continuous cycle in Satan’s calendar does not make it God’s seventh-day Sabbath. The papacy established the pagan Gregorian calendar. They own it!
Would God be subservient to a pagan Roman Catholic Gregorian calendar, that calculate its’ seasons, days, and years for their timekeeping to keep its’ seven day week cycle, ending on days named after pagan gods, Saturday (Saturn), or Sunday (sun god) in some nations? Satan can't alter nor manipulate the sun, moon and stars God placed in the firmament, so Satan tries to hide the true Sabbaths of the Lord within this counterfeit Gregorian calendar. According to the international standard ISO 8601, most European countries' calendars show Monday as the first day of the week, Sunday the seventh day. Most of China consider Monday the first day of the week, Sunday the seventh day. Most of North America and South Asia consider Sunday the first day, while Saturday is judged as the first day of the week in much of the Middle East and Northern Africa. The master of confusion!

When you produce your Gregorian Calendar you cannot see from it that the crucifixion was on a Friday Nissan 14, ad31; but when you look at the lunisolar Calendar you can clearly see that the 14th of Nissan ad31 was on the 6th day of the week.

Because the transition between months would require the “on the 7th day” to be broken, as some sabbath for them would fall every Wednesday on a certain month and the following on another such as Friday, so the transition days between these consecutive months would require extra days or less days to be followed between the last sabbath of the previous month and the first sabbath of the new month.

If you use a Saturday Sabbath to do the count of pentecost it can only work when the Passover is on a Gregorian Friday and you say the morrow after the Sabbath only when the passover is on a Gregorian Friday.

The other feast have a clear Calendar but the 7th day Sabbath does not have a clear Calendar. Therefore the 7th Sabbath would be temporary while the other Sabbaths would be permanent.
Hello. One problem they have that SDAs differ on is that they still keep the feast days. This is important because the moon plays a role in their observance. We believe that Christ is the fulfillment of those convocations. Therefore, the moon is irrelevant as a sign for anything. It is only needed to rule the night. The sun is still needed to let us know what a day is. We are still to keep the Sabbath day holy and the sun determines a day. Not the moon. If there was no moon or stars, we would still be able to know what the next day would be. When the sun sets the 6 time, we would know that we are entering into the seventh day. No moon needed. NOTE: – The change in the name of the first month may have caused them to FORGET WHEN the first month of the year should be, according to its intended meaning.
A change in the names of all the Calendar months. – God called the names of the months of the year according to their given Ordinal Numbers [e.g.: First month, Second Month, Third month, et al., as in Noah’s time]. However, after the Babylonian captivity, pagan names [Nisan, Iyar, Sivan, Tammuz, et alia] have been substituted for the God-given names. Compare these new names with those used by Noah [Genesis 7:11; 8:4, 5, 13, 14].
Changing Passover from the 14th to the 15th of the First Month. – Repeatedly, the Bible states that the Passover was to be observed on the 14th day of the first month* [Exodus 12:6; Leviticus 23:4; Numbers 9:3; Joshua 5:10; Ezra 6:19].
The 15th was the day after the Passover when Israel left Egypt [Numbers 33:3].
Also note that while Christ and His disciples already •finished observing the Passover on the evening of the 14th, John records when the officers of the Jews led Christ from Caiaphas to the Praetorium [Judgment Hall] early the next morning, some Jews were still to observe their Passover that evening [John 18:28]. – NOTE: – Their serious error in NOT observing the correct Passover date led them to condemn the true Passover Lamb of God, the Messiah.
The Jewish Pentecost is fixed on Sivan 6, instead of COUNTING 50 days. – ”And you shall COUNT for yourselves FROM THE DAY AFTER THE SABBATH, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: SEVEN SABBATHS SHALL BE COMPLETED. COUNT FIFTY DAYS TO THE DAY AFTER THE SEVENTH SABBATH…” – [which clearly and obviously brings us to a Sunday] – Leviticus 23:15-16.
NOTE: Since the Jews didn’t want to be inconvenienced with a succession of two Holy Days in a row, they devised their own system [counting from Nisan 16] contrary to God’s Command. This human reasoning is the basis of their devising and adopting the “Rules on Postponement.”
The Rules of Postponement is tantamount to moving the commanded Seventh-day Sabbath to a Sunday.
The knowledge of God’s calendar was revealed to the earliest patriarchs about 6,000 years ago. – Since most of them lived very long lives extending close to the great flood, and with Noah being born 600 years before the flood, he was of course very familiar with such a calendar. After the flood, Noah lived on for another 350 years [making his lifespan last 950 years], such that the knowledge of God’s calendar was generally passed on and known to the post-flood generations of the ancient world [Genesis 7:6; 9:28, 29].
Abraham, who was a faithful servant of God [and who often talked with God] became familiar with God’s calendar, too. His descendants [the Israelites] eventually became influential in Egypt during the reign of Joseph. – Much later, Moses, who was adopted by the Pharaoh as his son, had unlimited access to all the great store of knowledge in Egypt, such that he was reputed to be – “learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians” [Acts 7:22], – which obviously included the calendar.
Many centuries later, the Jewish young man, Daniel became very influential in the entire Babylonian Empire, due to certain special knowledge revealed directly by God to him. – As the wisest man – and top President in the whole empire, he shared much knowledge [obviously including calendrical] – to the Babylonians and later on to the Persians during the reign of King Darius [Ezekiel 28:3; Daniel 2:46-49].
How did the ancients determine the ages of the patriarchs in the Bible, and when each begot children? – How did Noah precisely date events leading to, during, and after the flood?
Obviously, there was already such a calendar WHICH INCLUDED KNOWLEDGE OF THE ORIGINAL WEEKLY CYCLE OF 7 DAYS, THE LENGTH OF THE MONTHS, THE NUMBER OF DAYS IN A YEAR, PLUS THE CUMULATIVE RECKONING OF YEARS STARTING FROM CREATION.
Notice these telling verses during Noah’s time while the flood was raging on earth:
Evidence of a seven-day time-reckoning – [Genesis 7:4, 10; 8:10, 12].
“In the 600th year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month… the rains were upon the earth 40 days and 40 nights.” [How did he know?] – Genesis 7:11, 12.
“And the waters prevailed upon the earth 150 days.” [Genesis 7:24].
“And the ark rested in the seventh month, in the seventeenth day of the month… And the waters decreased… until the tenth month… first day of the month… And at the end of 40 days… Noah opened the window…” [How did he know without a calendar?] – Genesis 8:4-6.
“And… in the six hundred and first year [601st year], first month, first day of the month, the waters were dried up… and in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, was the earth dried.” – Genesis 8:13, 4.
*Note: How could Noah be so accurate to know the day, the month, and the year, IF THERE WAS NO PRECISE CALENDAR IN USE AT THAT TIME? Eventually, that Calendar knowledge [among other things] was passed on to God’s chosen people [Romans 3:1, 2].
An HOUR is a measure of time during the daylight part of a day which is divided into 12 equal parts starting at sunrise [John 11:9]. Rather than an AM [ante meridiem] and a PM [post meridiem] reckoning, the night parts were designated as “watches” during New Testament times. There is 1 Sabbath for the 1st half moon, 1 for the full moon cycle, 1 for the waning half moon cycle and one Sabbath for the last waning crescent moon and the next generations of Sabbaths come with the next new moon. This will never work with a Gregorian Sabbath..

If saturday is the real Sabbath there will also be true and eternal evidence to support it. The only evidence to support Saturday is that, like all the days on the Roman Calendar, it is a cycle of 7 days. The early sda church was able to use the bible and mathematics to identify the date for Christ return it should be easier for the modern to also use the bible and mathematics to show the Saturday that yeshua was in the grave on the Roman calendar. If saturday was the true 7th day Sabbath at least the last known new testament sabbath date should be identifiable.

The thing is the new moon was definitely a thing back in biblical times so it has to affect the seventh day. And strangely enough the pope of rome has no problem with Saturday keeping by the Jews rather he champions them. So i don't trust that the romans didn't trick both the Jews and everyone else. And you are still depending on the roman calendars to dictate which day is actually the seventh day. I think that is dangerous too. Hillel II changed the original jewish calender to be a set calender only to appease rome, so we must question that.
