Loved the video, and the channel in general! What route would you take for the return trip once you get off the ferry in Halifax?
I usually take these routes on the weekends. The car traffic picks up during tourist season . The bridge being down and ferry delays didn't bother or affect me at all and crossing the bridge was a breeze. Good news. There's a proposal for an active transportation route , bi directional bicycle lane included , from Portland street to Cole Harbour but it's getting some backlash from motorists.
