  1. I don't think it's a sufficient explanation. If they're designed to steer themselves, why do we need a handle bar at all? We would never have to touch the handle bars with our hands anyway.

  2. If you want to prove a point about locking steering without people on it don't have people on it. But a test I just did proves your whole hypothesis wrong so

  3. This is why you counter steer motorcycles to turn them. Leaning doesn't do anything. Yes, people have rigged up static handlebars that attach to the tank to prove this.

  4. True… BUT also the tyres are curved ( high point in the middle ) unlike car tyres. Watch Bike GP racing 👍👍👍👍👍 Anyway good vid !

  5. i used to play a game with my childhood friends where we would let out bikes roll down a hill into a grass lot and see whos bike would go the furthest.

  6. Great… the front maneuver is a leveler of the whole body to keep the mass center centered by twisting on the direction constantly correcting the move of the mass center. Just incredible.

  7. Yeah, I used to do that a lot as a kid where I would pedal without holding the front handlebars, until you hit a bump, and somehow the wheel flips and you go crashing
