I bought a Trek Domane al 3 disc around 2 months ago. While removing the rear thru axle I saw a hole in the frame drilled hole threads. I was concerned about safety as I have never seen holes in a spot like this in the past so I went to a local Trek shop (where I live in Korea) and they just told me it was normal and was not willing to fill a claim. They actually already exchange this bike one time because of another issue but for this one they just said its not an issue. I somehow dont believe the shop. If someone also have a Domane al could you confirm you have a hole at that exact spot. I checked with some friends who had emonda sl and they donot have this issue.
