The roads of Thailand are considered to be among the deadliest on the planet : 24 000 Thais lost their lives in 2016 as a result of a road accident, and 73% of them were motorcyclists. With such a high number of victims, the paramedics of the city of Bangkok are on the alert. In Benin, almost not a day goes by without fatal traffic accidents. In Cotonou, firefighters (from the Groupement national des sapeurs-pompiers du Bénin) are responsible for medical evacuations in the event of a traffic accident.

  1. For sure NOT "one of Bangkok's red light districts". It looks like one of many short time hotels where people go to have sex away from their often small rooms with curious neighbours.

  2. Okay, I can understand why people who have never been to Thailand misunderstand why Thailand is dangerous. Thailand is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. If it was the most dangerous country in the world, people would not want to come.

  5. 7:00 700 people per year is far from shockingly high, first of all. And second of all it's rather 3.200 people per year in 2019.
And thirdly, how do you come up with 66/day in Bangkok @ 9:15? Oh, I know, that was during a 7 day period at new year 2019. But that was an extreme record. Shame on your journalism!

  6. Mais je comprend pas, c'est en Afrique, mais les gens parles tous français et les uniformes de pompier ont l'écriture sapeur-pompier écris en français^^

  7. honestly african countries have no excuse none what so ever ..Africa is to rich to still be living under such nonsense ..idk why these leaders come from i dont think these people know what they are doing….honestly I think the leadership is a reflection of the people ..to be spitting at emergency officers is the worst kind of low and dotishness
