Like virtually ALL Dr's I've seen throughout my life, you didn't mention MAGNESIUM!❤ Your muscles need MAGNESIUM to be able to receive messages from the brain properly. MAGNESIUM will also get help to keep the stool soft and easy to pass. Take magnesium bisglycinate, as it is bioavailable, twice daily avoiding dairy for a couple of hours before and after taking. HAPPY POOPING! 😊❤
I've had a HUGE hemorrhoid for about 6 years…I can't seem to get rid of her…😂😂
Can't find witch hazel anywhere bought the leaves
Thank you doctors very informative. Hemorrhoids are a major pain in rhe butt. I had them in my eary thirty. I had surgery to remove them..Once was enough that never again..
Great content great content providers
Prune juice
How can we browse internet then?
Fibre-rich food does help. Since sitting even for a short time aggravated the situation, I decided to stand with my legs parted wide and tried to poop and it helped. I don’t sit any more. Also taking a 400 mg magnesium before going to bed helps a lot. Magnesium- citrate or glycinate – loosens up your stool just enough to pass the stool without any exerting any strain. Magnesium has so many other benefits too! Especially those taking statin drugs can use magnesium to loosen up their stool. It will help their heart too!
What I want to know is who was the first person that tried witch hazel for hemorrhoids?
Do NOT eat fiber. That is insane. That will make things much worse. These "experts" are actually imbeciles.
I eat fruits for dinner
drink 2 glasses of hot water when I wake up
I scroll shorts for 10 minutes “standing “ in the toilet
Woosh, I get the pressure and 5 seconds I’m done with messy biz.
Prior, I used to sit for 30 plus minutes and did develop hemorrhoids.
How does a hemorrhoid feel or what are the symptoms ? is it different for everyone?
I really hate pooping.😒
Thank you to all of you, Doctors.
Fibre cannot be digested. In fact damages the bowel!
Crap advice
Literally
Or simply stop eating carbs, fiber altogether, eat more protein and fat. Fiber can cause constipation and it also leads to manlourishing your body…
How about gay men getting it there ?
Breathing right when lifting weights holding breath straight the intestines
I dun believe these doctors. They’re making it sound like fiber is the answer which is not true!
I love how effective yet gentle Planet Ayurveda’s products are. The piles remedy eased my pain and helped me heal naturally without any harsh chemicals or side effects.

Im woundering if mine is something else! Im have a clear secreation when i whipe, before and after for a couple of weeks now.Not white or stinky like an infection. Ive also been sick, weight loss and hair falling out. I do have a small bump and always gasy for no reason. Could it be prostate or colon related? Thanks
Poor advice. Just consume magnesium and the food turns to pudding. No more nightmare.
