Cycling National Cycle Route 5 from Oxford to Heyford

Martyn catching the train to Oxford from Kings Sutton, meeting Joy in Oxford, where she discovered she had two flat tyres! Mended them both, but it delayed our start returning to Banbury cycling NCR5, so after a picnic near Rousham, we detoured to catch the train at Heyford to Banbury. 21miles cycling.
