Any advice on this Centurion Super Le Mans. Sellers asking $75. Worth the price?

I need a hobby. Trying to find a project bike. I have a budget of about $250. From just pictures, I know I’m going to have to buy tires/tubes, chain and brake lines but idk if this bike is worth upgrading.
