My neighbour gave me this bike a few years ago and I’ve used it a bunch as a commuter. Any upgrades this community would recommend? I’d be willing to put another 300$ into it max. The shifters don’t work great. Only thing I’ve changed are the tires as it was still on the originals.
On a different note, could this be a good base for a bikepacking build?
