The building at Hellersbergstraße 2 to 4 was demolished by https://wiwa-abbruch.de/. Before being used as a vaccination center, the building was used by the Toshiba company.
Currently on the construction site: Liebherr 960 Demolition, CAT 352 NG, Cat 345D and three Hitachis.

A perfect example on how to ruin what could have been an excellent video. 1, make sure you do not zoom in to get a clear and up close view of the work and 2, make sure the camera is placed directly behind the boom on the excavator so that the entire proceedings are obscured from view. Same goes for all the other videos from this uploader.
If, you don`t know what zooming in means, you did it at 43:18 mark – that would be perfect from the very start.
