Hi, does anybody experienced frame damage because the chain hit the frame? This happened to me today and I find it super strange because this is something quite common to happen when biking. I wonder if this 2021 cf7 has a factory defect?
Also, a bit disappointed with the announced response time Canyon provided me after I’ve requested the warranty… 8 to 12 days to answer? A little bit too much..
