What will YOU do if Tour de France winner Tadej Pogačar will be doing uphill interval in front of you? During winter training camps its possible to meet Pro Riders and even ride with them for a few minutes if you have power in legs. Luckily I record almost all my rides on GoPro, so can share this videos with you.

  1. Anyone is already tired by the time they get to Coll de rates, let alone pushing 400w behind this beast. Well done Artem, keep em coming, I hope you are enjoying our paradise in costa blanca!

  2. Fuck, you can feel the power Tadej is pushing, it's absolutely insane. For those wondering why he looks cool/tireless, it's BC he still has a lot more strength left.

  3. min 1:28 si pides respeto, luego respeta tú, la línea continua no se puede atravesar, el conductor del coche un 10, cuando tenga visibilidad ya rebasará dejando la distancia lateral.

  4. last week I came from Slovenia , riding my bicycle for fun. One day I did go from Crni Vrh to city of Ajdovscina and back . Total around 35 km
but vary up and down hill . I did go with my friend from Slovenia ( the local man ) and from Crni Vrh wee had a very hard up hill for about 2.5 km
about 15% . He told me that Pogacar is record holder for this part with average speed of 27.3 km/h .
That is unbolivable . He is like from the other planet .

  5. The way Tadej just sustained that speed on that 3% incline like it wasn't even there 😱
And I bet his HR just went up by like 5 bpm lol these pro cyclists are made of different stuff

  6. exactly!! I live in N.E. Italy 🇮🇹 and my mother in-law is Slovenian, yes that country is ALL hills! Love the fresh blood 🩸 coming in from the East~ TDF….7 time CHAMPION 🥇 🇺🇸😄😄🤣

  7. Every year, when the teams are sitting together for dinner, they talk about the one weird guy who always comes out of nowhere and uncomfortably follows you

  8. These dudes cross chain more than you do, I bet he was on his 54/40 ring set and you did not even realize it. Notice his cadence vs yours, now with 12 speed systems you can cross chain even more and not have issues with snapped chains. Cross chaining allows more power to be put down on the wheels instead of spinning, this is what Pantani ( 54-44 set) was doing this a long time ago. I use a 52-42 chain ring set since I am shorter it helps with less spinning up hills. One thing to notice is if they are pulling away from you at a slower pedal rotation they are clearly on smaller sprockets but more likely cross chaining. Remember now with Electronic Shifting you can also setup your shift points to cross chain on purpose, this creates smoother power acceleration without any FD chain rub noise, this also means less spinning if you don't have the cardio for the cadence of that spin rate.

  9. would be nice to know youre age and the pendence? With this heart rate i would maybe go a bit faster in the flats …

  10. Fuck he just dissapears. Ive just spent a couple weeks cycling, in Andorra and France. Saw quite afew pro teams in Andorra, and caught a stage of the Criterium du Dauphiné in Grenoble. These guys look not of this world when you see them live, they are absolute beasts just flying past its mind boggling. The stage I caught in Grenoble was phenomenal, they were absolutely hammering

  11. That is so awesome. I would try to stay on his wheel as long as I could just like you. I would be suffering, but have a huge grin the whole time. And to have the footage afterward. So cool.
