Posting to see if anyone has had a similar issue and could help me mitigate the squeaking coming from my Ortlieb gravel panniers. Bike is a Cannondale topstone 3, rack is MTX disc 2.0.
Attached are photos for reference of how I have it attached. The squeaking comes from going over the smallest of bumps in the road / trail or even a more powerful pedal stroke. It started about a week or so into using them and it happens regardless of the weight in the bags, and regardless of how tight or loose I leave the attachment screws.
