  1. Always fun to visit small towns and participate in local events! This type of exploring is very fun for me. Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me and for VfR Aalen for allowing me to enjoy the game!

  2. Sleepy little town. But don't forget, german industry lies in the small towns more than in big cities. Aalen has important steelworks in nearby Wasseralfingen, the headquarter of optic giant Carl Zeiss in Oberkochen, some robotic companies and many others in paper, information and optics. And it also has a small university.

  3. To the 2nd church: Aalen was mostly protestant and only after 1900 the few cathoics were able to build this church. So it is relativelly new and not in the baroque style of most other churches.

  4. Btw. Aalen is situated right at the border of the former roman area. There is even a museum about that "limes", the famous border wall between Germania and the roman empire.

  5. Love watching your videos so happy I found this channel.. I’m from Dublin Ireland , living in Germany the last 15 years I have a place you should visit it’s called bernkastel-kues it’s an old city on the Mosel I think you would love it , hope to see a video there in the future 💯🤞🔥 much love brother , take care ❤️💪

  6. You know what i appreciate the most in your videos? You just step out of a train and show german cities/towns, as they are…in this very moment. Chasing beautiful corners and almost every time, you manage to find them as well. Something, Germans use to forget – how beautiful this country really is. No clue, why many Germans forgot about that – and how thankful we all should be, with what was given to us and we should take care of, in the future.
We saw all those influencer spots a million times, but there is so much more to discover in Germany! You are doing a good job, showing the Germans themself (and others), what they should bow down for in humility, in respect of their anchestors. Generations built and maintained those buildings, especially the churches and we (the Germans) should celebrate it the same way, you use to do it.
And again, thank you so much, for this entertaining adventure, with all the imperfections i personally love the most. Never even try to make it "perfect". It´s very refreshing to me and makes your videos so authentic, completely different to all this artificial Insta/FB selfi-spot huntings.
We used to watch old Super 8 records of my dad on a projector, when we were young – imagine, showing your kids what you have done in 2 decades or so – i never forgot those clips and still talk with my brothers about our holidays, when we were like 3-6 years old. My parents looked like Hippies in the 70s and we pranked them, walking as if we would have pee´d ourself. Good ol´ times!
You are currently gathering a personal treasure for the future, my friend – and I think, you know it!
Big hugs from Hannover, to your whole community ❤

  7. Hello Connor, Aalen is our district town. It is a mix of old and new buildings. The limes museum is still located in Aalen. The border of the Roman Empire was nearby.
If you want to visit a medieval town, you have to take the train 30 km east to Nördlingen. The landscape is a little different there, as the small town is located in the “Ries” crater. Nördlingen is 3 km across the border in Bavaria, in the swabian part of Bavaria.
    Wish you a good week

  8. You remind me so much of Ragnar Lothbrok from the series Vikings. Not only your looks but also your manner. The curiosity, wanting to meet new people, exploring new things, getting to know other cultures, the religious, God etc

  9. I love the grounded reality of this channel!!!
Retirement took a toll on my finances, but with my involvement in the digital market, $47,000 weekly returns has been life changing. AWESOME GOD❤️

  10. Next Weekend you can come and watch Wrestling in Aalen
    Saturday 14th, 7:30 pm
At the Thomas-Zander-Halle near the City center.
The Team called KSV Aalen and is a former Winner of the Bundesliga, but was downranked to the last Division. But we managed to climb up to at least the Landesliga, where our next opponent ist the RG Schwäbisch Hall/Wüstenrot

It would be such a pleasure, when you come and watch this great sport in Aalen, which has a really long history here.

    Greetings from Aalen

  11. LOL, I have learned something about you today: You obviously find it harder to stand still than to eat a cold Döner. It hurts me to imagine how soaked and "uncrispy" the bread must have been after carrying it around all the time, because I hate it so much when my hot meal turns cold 😉

  12. Loving the fußball content, thank you for giving the lower leagues a chance! If you need recommendations on great atmospheres to experience I would love to help, I know this one was a bit calmer but there are some really crazy fan bases in the lower leagues.
