Links to spec sheets of the two bikes I’m considering are below. I’d be grateful for your input!
I’m a beginner, targeting this entry-level price range ($500-650). The bike will be used for trail riding only, but I don’t plan to seek out any aggressive trails — just local beginner/intermediate trails here in Michigan.
I’ve narrowed it down to these two bikes in particular because they both have 1×8 shifters, aluminum frames, disc brakes, and (conveniently) they’re both in stock right now at my local bike shop.
