Jessica, Amber, and anyone who takes the time to read this comment, while it is true that the 4th Amendment provides us with a little bit of protection, these phones are literally recording everything within range of their many sensors (microphones, cameras, gps, proximity, etc.). All of that data is being stored at the Utah Data Center. Look that up if you don't know about it. If you don't know who Bill Binney is, look him up, and look up Thin Thread. There is a documentary featuring him here on YouTube. I suggest everyone watch that. These phones are not as cool as everyone thinks they are. If we want to have freedom, we are going to eventually have to get rid of these tracking monitors. By "eventually" I mean probably sometime not that far into the future.
