Hello, I'm from Montreal in Canada and I'm going to inspect / test drive this bike today. It's gonna be my first road bike so I would like to be sure I'm getting a good first bike for a reasonable price.

The listing highlight the two default of the bike, which I see as a sign of transparency from the buyer which is a good sign. The tear on the handle seems like an easy fix, but what about the notch on the carbon fork, can that be an issue?
The asking price is 850 Canadian dollars.
