I’ve been searching for a Mixte made with halfway decent tubing and came across this bike for $50. I am guessing it has straight gauge chromoly tubing + hiten stays/dropouts as they look stamped. Interestingly, I haven’t seen cantilever brakes on many mixtes. Wheels are 27”.
Not sure if I am going to be able to fit 700c wheels and use the cantis. There are drillings for caliper brakes too so I can always go that route if needed.
If anyone has any info on this, it’d be greatly appreciated. Bonus if anyone has done a successful 700c conversion using cantis and can tell me which brakes they used.
