12:57, nice road lay-out….not. The piece of road where the lorry is would also be made into pedestrian area, here in the Netherlands. With a very nice red cycle path next to it. Less tarmac to maintain, less road signs, better safety for cyclist. Cars have less conflict points with cyclists to worry about. Better for all road users. It is all very outdated in your country.
