So, my handlebar pack from Apidura de-welded itself during a tour this summer. When I got in touch with Apidura customer service, they responded at first by saying that they could repair it and asking for the serial number. I emailed the serial number back to them and heard… nothing. A week later, I sent a reminder email. Crickets.

I've had really good customer service from them in the past, so I'm wondering if this is their new normal. Has anyone else had problems dealing with them lately?
