I got a medium size Grizl 7 Suspension and I really love this bike, the handling is great it is very comfortable on some of the rough gravel near by house and it’s fairly comfortable except in one way. The reach to the handlebars feels too long for me and it’s causing back and neck pain.

I’ve adjusted the seat height and the fore-aft position (based on the knee over pedals method) and flipped the 6 degree stem upwards. I’m just over 6′ so I’m right between medium and large and I actually have both of them in the garage right now.

Should I try to for a shorter, more angled stem? I thought about getting a 70mm with somewhere around 15 degrees rise but I don’t know enough about bikes to decide whether this is a good idea. Will it mess with the bike handling too much?

This is what I look like on the medium: [https://imgur.com/a/zkExOsh](https://imgur.com/a/zkExOsh) (not sure why it ask for 18+)
