Trying to figure out a replacement wheel for my early 80s Miyata 310. If you look at my previous post, my rim is cracking around some of the spoke holes.
I have been trying to figure out what kind of hub is on my current wheel so I can get a new one that will work with my rear (cassette?)
So I've been trying to look up what the different kind of rear hubs are, and I'm more confused than when I started.
The picture is from eBay, but it matches what my current hub looks like, which should be a 1979 Normandy P 50
What kind of hub do I have, what should I look for in a new wheel? Is there any other info I'm missing?
My current tire size is 27 x 1-1/4 which I'd like to keep since I just got new tires.
