I found it for $40 and just had to replace the tires, tire tubes and rim liner(?). Everything original (the pedals also, I just switched them while I used it for my clip shoes). I went the rabbit hole trying to find the model but it was a 1970ish made in Asia (it says Japan but by that time Schwinn was using several Asian countries to manufacture different parts).
This subreddit picked my interest in looking for vintage bikes (you’ll be surprised what you find in small towns). I enjoyed riding it but it was too tall for me so I donated it to my city where they have a program that repairs bikes for free and sell them at low cost to encourage transportation independence.
