A Bonneville ride out on the best roads i think in the UK today! We head out on a 90 mile loop from Lancaster up through Kirby Lonsdale past Sedburgh and up to Hawes. We then head back over to the ribblehead Viaduct and past a helicopter attending a bike accident. Finally we grab a bite of lunch in Settle at the Ye old Naked Man Cafe. #triumph #triumphbonnevillet120 #fun #adventure #bestbikingroads #motorcycle

Such a lovely place to ride brother. If I'm there I love to ride with you that awesome roads. Ride Safe always
Morning Nick…..doing ssme run today on my cb1300s….lovelybrun. Glad you're enjoying your bikes 😊
You don't need to worry about the video quality, your output is the best out there!
I love riding my bike around that area,we try & ride midweek as there seem to be a lot of accidents on those roads at the weekend. The other week we rode a circular route from West Lancs/Longridge/Dunsop Bridge/Settle/Ribblehead/Hawes/Buttertubs pass/Tan Hill/Kirkby Stephen/Devils Bridge & back home.Excellent days ride in the sunshine,we have some excellent biking roads on our doorstep👍
A joy to watch.
Cheers.
Lovely route
We're so lucky living in the area we do, the access to so many wonderful rides is amazing. Hope whoever crashed is ok, so easy to make that one mistake.
Great video as per usual.
Cracking video Nick stunning views
Great to see you back on 2 wheels mojo back again excellent 😊😊
The quality is perfect 😍
Atb take care phil
Brilliant Vlog. Picture quality is excellent. can tell it is not a gopro. lol. I hope the rider was ok. I don't drink either, but like you on a hot day i love a nice shandy, very refreshing. loving the sound of the bonneville. purring like a kitten
WTH is a shamby? Beer? Lemonade? Champagne? Luv from 'Murca….
Great colors and resolution with the DJI cameras – I may have to switch from GoPro. Perfect weather, perfect bike for a great tour through those villages and countryside. Helicopter EMS is the job I retired from. More fun than riding a motorcycle!
Like the look of the dials give a retro look. Nice roads and excellent views, the great British countryside lovely
Really enjoyed that , Bonnie sounds nice !!
Good to see you back, doing what you do so well, creating quality YouTube content!!
did that exactly route in the opposite direction a couple of weeks ago, one of my favourites, pity the average speed cameras on the Hornby/Kirkby Lonsdale section
regards the video quality, resolution and colour saturation look okay, but it just looks a tad dark on my screen
Feedback, from Australia. Lovely video. Image quality was very good. Colour and contrast looked excellent to me, and there was very little if any breakup/stuttering of the image. Excellent point of view. Your voice was very clear.
There is only one thing I'd like to mention, and this is just my very personal perspective, I would like to hear more of the bike. No, the camera mike is not quite doing the Bonnie rumble full justice IMO, but that's just me. I can only just hear the motor and gear changes. To my taste your voice is just a whisker too dominant. There is a small bit of wind noise. It captured the yapping dog though. I personally like that you have no music. I believe the DJI seperate mic works wirelessly and seamlessly with the camera mic. Especially when combined with a fluffy wind screener. Anyway, just my thoughts. I like your vids.
Great scenery. Sad to see the bike crash. I passed a bad one myself a few months ago. Cracking day for a ride though. Cheers.
Hawes-Sedbergh is a classic…..not sure if you know it Nick but rather than Ribblehead from Hawes if you take the road from Gayle (just outside Hawes) to Kettlewell it takes you over Fleet Moss (highest road in Yorkshire) stunning……and you were minutes behind/ahead of me at that accident scene
Enjoyed the video…all local to me. Sadly the standard of riding on Sunday 11th was absolutely appalling we also saw a bike accident. People need to wise up, the roads aren't a racetrack 🤬
ATB Alistair 👍
Great video again Nick, and it ended up a very hot day, the Mrs and I did the route as you last Sunday same time. You caught our Goldwing on the way in and out of Hawes, first bike parked up on the left as you went in. We too headed over the ribblehead Viaduct past the helicopter as the biker was getting stretched into it, hope he or she is ok the bike looked a mess 😞 we carried on to Ingleton falls then finally back home to Poulton. Hopefully we will do it again this Sunday calling at settle this time. Keep up the great videos Nick Regards Gary.
Fantastic bike ride!. what settings do you use on the camera?
Another great video nick
Shame we couldn't see the whole route
Nice to see the bonnie out and about
Really pleased you e had 2 videos out in the last week
Another great video. A lovely route in a familiar part of the world (I'm from Thornton Cleveleys, but I have a caravan at Capernwray). Not done the road from Sedbergh to Hawes yet, but I will be!! Superb quality too. It's nice to be told which towns and villages you're riding through – makes all the difference. Keep up the excellent work….
Didn't you loose drone in buttermere same day you slipped off triu ph on ice 🤔
Lovely.
My favourite road is the cat and the fiddle – peaks
I was just in this neck of the woods last week, got a ferry from Heysham to the Isle of Man. Got some great footage, should have a video up next week.
Stunning scenery through lovely towns, with great roads. I had a tour planned last year starting around there then heading up to the North Yorkshire moors, but had to cancel when the forecast was lashing it down with rain everyday I was due to be there. Picture quality and audio is first class, don't change a thing. Black is the only real colour for a 'retro' bike IMO, and two proper analogue clocks. A pleasure to watch.
Are you teasing us, Nick, Saying your cutting down on videos. This is brilliant, and quality is superb.
You seem to be doing what u do best even more now.
😊
Awesome vid Nick. Great quality and content👍🏍️
I came down that road the same day but on the opposite side. The police had just left. The bike was in a state.Hopefully they were okay.🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Picture quality was outstanding as was your round trip, liked and thanks as always Nick…
Great video! I watched it twice. I’m from the states and love seeing the UK scenic back roads.
Quality was very good Nick and the weather to match, I do like visiting that neck of the woods when I get chance. You mentioned losing the second drone, I think it was not long after you came off on the ice, good job you had the Klim vest on. Keep them coming Nick if you can, most enjoyable.
