Derailleur/Frame issue – Advice

Hi all,

I have an Endurace CF SLX purchased 2023.

It seems where the hanger for the derailleur attaches to the frame is stripped, so when I am removing and placing back my rear wheel from my bike the derailleur will pop off.

My question is:
Is it not big deal and safe to ride? The hanger and derailleur seem to be quite secure when the rear wheel is in place as the thru axle and wheel lock everything together.
