Let us know..
This is the story of Sir Dave Brailsford.

In 2003, Brailsford was appointed performance director for British Cycling competitions. His philosophy was to improve every small aspect by 1%. Like the bicycle seat was changed, tires were changed, pillows were changed, various types of lotions were used to change the sleeping pattern, which could help the muscles work, the method of hand washing was explained and b bhut also made a lot of changes. The power of this small improvement has given me amazing changes. At the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympics, the team won multiple gold medals in cycling.

In 2010, he founded Team Sky, aiming to win the Tour de France. In 2012, Bradley Wiggins became the first British winner, and he was followed by Chris Froome, who has also won multiple times.
Sir Dave’s story teaches us that small improvements can lead to big successes. This principle can be applied in everyone’s life.
