Got this really cool 2014 Novara Safari off marketplace for $130. This thing has been in a garage its entire life. 3×9 Deore drivetrain. V brakes but also has disc tabs AND HUBS.
Originally had butterfly touring bars and grip shifters – hard no for me. Threw some parts bin items that I had waiting for a project like this – Albatross bar, bar end shifters and Berthoud saddle.
Not pictured: my Zeitgeist bag with Carradice saddle support and the VO fenders I’m about to buy!
