At 5:30 the Honda driver overtook the bike and turned left. He didn't indicate and he didn't think where the bike will go. Fine till here he was at fault. Am I the only one that I saw that the camera vehicle didn't stop right after at the pedestrian crossing as he should?

The UK has the best signposted Motorway exits. 1 mile & 1/2 mile signs then countdown boards. It’s so easy to get in position signal and leave the motorway at motorway speeds. So what do they do? They try to get a bit further ahead & do a late cut across causing other drivers to brake.

Is it ok to pass when the road ahead is empty the dashcamer asks. Maybe brush uo on your highway code, yes, pergectly legal to pass there, the road ahead was clear and it was all broken hatching, not solid lines.
