Hi,
I'm looking for a pannier to use for grocery shopping and on casual bike rides. I really like the Arkel Shopper Urban Pannier, but it's pretty expensive at $140.
Are there any good alternatives? I'm looking for something that works well in light/medium rain (has some type of cover, doesn't need to be 100% waterproof) and can fold when not in use. Nice to haves are a small separate compartment (to carry phones, keys, wallet, etc) and separate hand and shoulder straps (2 different sizes).
