In relation to my recent video of Aylesbury’s new housing development, Kingsbrook I thought it would be interesting to see it from the air. This shows the true scale of it all and there is still more to be built.

Nice one Karl!
So interesting to see it from the air, thanks
Excellent Stuff Karl
I have lived in Aylesbury for 22 years and didn't even know all this was being built.
Well done buddy. It's probably something to do with my age – I'm 60 – but I look at this development (and Berryfields, and Buckingham Park, and yes even Fairford Leys) with increasing sadness as it slowly turns this lovely town into a mini-Milton Keynes. Ironically I don't feel anywhere near as bad about the HS2 stuff.
At 2:54 as you pan slowly to the right (south) over the "Canal Quarter", I notice there's a wide street with what looks to be somes ort of empty ditch or channel in the centre. It's certainly not large enough for a boat, but if you project it in a straight line, it would eventually meet up with the canal somewhere near the bridge on the Ivy Lane footpath. Maybe that's the planned "canal" connection?
Finally, have you got a Ko-fi or Patreon yet mate?
Thanks!
I now live in kingsbrook at orchard green
Could you show us where the eastern relief road will go, from the bottom of Bellingham way roundabout with Mike Griffen way, across the canal to link up with the A41 please
Fascinating to see an aerial view of Kingsbrook. It is certainly going to be a huge estate once it is finished.
Talk about vlos 🤣
Thoroughly depressing. Thanks, mate 👍 At 6:07 we can see the archeology bods have been busy so that must be the next field destined to be absorbed into Legoland.
