Do I need to remove my back wheel to fit mudguards and pannier rack to Cube Nulane Race?

I have these mudguards: https://www.cubestores.co.uk/products/acid-mudguard-set-53-28-black

I have managed to attach the front mudguards, but it looks like I will need to remove the back wheel to fit the rear mudguards and the rack, as the fixing point is on the inside. Am I right, or am I overlooking a simple solution?
