Getting into triathlon training and have started prep on a mountain bike that’s probably too small. However, wanted to move to a road bike but do not have the budget to splash (19 y/o college kid for reference). Found this deal for $100 which by all accounts seems to be a steal. It’s 54 cm but I’m 6’1-6’2 ish. Is that way too small and going to hurt in the long run? Or is it ok to put up with it being a little too small and upgrading later down the road.
