Assume we don't want to use Quadlock phone cases and that the Mous cases constitute our only alternative. Sadly, Mous use the Intralock mounting system, rather than Quadlock that Brompton supports. Has anyone tried the regular Mous IntraLock Bike Mount with Brompton High handlebars, without any further adaptors?
I know that OCH Parts make either a Mous Intralock Stem Adapter or a Quad Lock to Mous Intralock Insert. However, from the images, the stem adaptor seems to me rather fragile if you carry a heavy phone.
Logically, the insert would allow you to use the much safer original Brompton Handlebar Quadlock Mount, but the bill of materials now includes 4 items, and the total cost, including the case, shoots to £138 in the UK, at non-discounted Mous prices.
