Recently had a buddy retire his 2011 Kona Cadabra to me and I've decided to keep it as my buddy bike. It's pretty much stock but in desperate need of a complete overhaul.
My question is, what would you do with the bike?
Upgrade a few components?
Overhaul and leave as is?
Leave it to retirement?
Sell?
Just wanted to get a few opinions before taking her into the shop. Thanks in advance
