I've been searching all week for the cause of a random rattle coming from my bike. I had checked all the scary stuff (loose breaks, cables etc) and the usual spots (water bottle cages, bike computer mount, etc). I was getting very frustrated. After a (loud) club ride this weekend, my friend noticed that part of my seat clamp had penetrated the tool bag. Apparently the bolt on the seat post was lightly touching the multitool inside! A little electrical tape and I'm back to a silent ride… Well, besides the grunting.
