Started the day with an omelet and some mushrooms we found yesterday mixed in. Made my way to Salo. Talking about how difficult the Finnish language is, and a few words I learned. One of my followers has family living in Finland so I could stay with some people here in Finland. Some nice rock music to get into the Finnish atmosphere. DJI Spark drone flying. After a flat tire I made it to Mathilda’s apartment in Salo. We went out to look around the city and to have a drink. She asked if I wanted to stay at her mom’s place 40 kilometers towards Helsinki, so I had another free night!
Thank you so much for watching!

You seem very happy today 🙂
Its called an inner TUBE, not inner tire. Otherwise, great trip, but why not travel somewhere warmer during this time of year?
Nice to see you enjoying your time in Finland. Sauna sure feels good after biking!
Your video put to rock music made me laugh. Nice to see you using the drone footage again too. Great vlog Tice, thanks again.
You are really lucky with your hosts. The bar looked kind of empty But okay. You had some nice company.
She looks great, I mean your host. And very Finnish which is nice too. Video is really smooth and your narrative is getting better every time! Great work!
In canada. one have to be 19 to drink in a bar and drink wine, the like of drink. :/
If you get Schwalbe Marathon tyres you won't have punctures. You don't need the mega-puncture-proof Marathon Plus tyres, the standard Marathons are good enough and very nice touring tyres. I think I remember you saying you inflate your tyres to 100 psi, but that is a lot for touring. I think between 60 and 80 psi is usually good, depending on the tyre.
Finland does indeed rock! 🙂
Cool video tice get some new tyres they look bald awesome host making you dinner ( think you like the lady’s making you’re food lol) had a few beers after skiing on sat was so nice in the Cairngorms but fecking freezing
Hi Tice. Another very good video, bravo. I agree with Brighton dude about Schwalbe Marathon tyres. I've been riding on them for thousands of miles. I've probably forgotten how to repair a puncture.
I'm sounding like a broken record , but you videos are very interesting , great content and you come across very natural , as always thanks tice for putting in the work to pass on your experiences .
Nice to see you on your bike /tour again.
Tice, I agree with the tire recommendations. I have ridden thousands of miles with no flats on the recommended tires.
Great video! Thanks.
You really should get some Schwalbe Marathon tyres!
Anti-puncture tyres are surely one of the best inventions for bicycling. It's crazy how well they work, at least the decent brands. Once you try them, there's no going back.
Nice video, even if the late autumn/snowless winter landscape doesn't look too pretty.
In your place I'd change the tyres to Schwalbe Marathon Plus. They have the highest puncture protection. I'm using them now in my commuting bike and I'm very pleased.
Nice that you have hosts sometimes!
Niin, no… no niin.
Finland has the most metal bands per capita in the world. Somebody did the math once and concluded that on average 1 in 400 (or was it 1 in 40?) Finns plays in a metal band.
It's common in Finland that women cannot make good food, mostly only men can do. But finnish women love foreign men. They offer their homes for foreign men to have sex. Yeah, Finland rock's and you know why 😀
