Hi all,
After I discovered what I thought were paint cracks but turned out to be a frame crack I took my bike to the Canyon service center for inspection. Then after a bit of mailing back and forth where they said they assumed the crack was caused by an impact and I said that could not have been the cause they offered to order a new frame and that I pay for the cost to transfer everything from the old frame to the new frame which was 160€.
Today I picked up my bike after about 3 weeks.
All in all I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
