An 8-year-old boy was in big trouble after getting behind the wheel and driving a car. Police in Cleveland eventually caught up with him and temporarily placed him in custody. “Am I going to jail?” he kept asking the officer. “He made me drive it,” he also told police about why he did it. The boy wasn’t charged with any crime but according to the FOX8 I-team, the other kid in the car with him was. Inside Edition Digital has more.

  1. Anyone with under developed brain like an 8 year kid would have done the same if pressured by some other kids. He panicked and ran off after starting the car, some people call him a future criminal when it's parents who should have taught him better.

  2. What sane person would ask a police officer questions while they’re apprehended. Doesn’t this kid realize that you have to remain silent.
