Is this the deal of the century or am I about to spend $200 for nothing

Found a listing for a bike that turned out to be too small, but after I turned him down, he sent me some pictures and told me that these bikes were $100 each. I think I may have gotten incredibly lucky. Can anyone help me identify the Bertin? Having a hard time finding the exact model, I think it’s a ‘78-‘79 but could be wrong.
