I reconnected with Karen Wilson to talk about where she has taken her teaching practise since qualifying as a Yoga for Cancer Teacher. Karen was one of the first teachers on my YFC training course and we discuss her journey into this area after having an already established teaching career which includes specialist pregnancy and postnatal classes. We also discuss how she developed a relationship with her local hospice and created new classes where she supports both cancer patients and staff.
