Problem with 4- to 5-speed conversion 😒

Got my T Line a couple of days ago and already used it in its stock form on my commutes.

Love it! Very lively bike and the reduced weight compared to my C Line Explore is very much noticeable when carrying around on trains and to the office.

Did the 5-speed conversion today using Shimano Deore CS-M5100 and KMC X11 SL. I don’t have the shifter yet so still using the stock one.

When i tried it on the stand, I heard clicking sounds and the cassette gets jammed. Turns out, as shown in the pics, the 21T is hitting the nut in the back of the cable pinch bolt.

All spacers and dork disk were taken out. Before installing the new sprockets.

Anyone had this issue with their 5-speed conversion?
