My brakes are making a strange noise.

Hello everyone, yesterday I bought my first ever mountain bike a loved but used 2014 S Works Stumpjumper. I had to take the front wheel off to fit it on my bike rack, I was careful as to not pull the brake lever as I know that that can mess things up on the hydraulic disc brakes. Upon arriving home and putting the wheel back on it now makes a strange noise when spinning. Is there an easy way to fix this?
