I just thought I'd post on my positive experience througout my recent Canyon purchase.

I looked at all the usual brands and decided Canyon ticked all my boxes and couldn't be beaten on value. I read a few negative experiences here though on customer service, so was a bit worried. However, the whole process went smoothly from start to finish.

Customer services were very helpful on sizing and specifications. Once ordered, the delivery (to the UK) went quickly and exactly to plan and I received regular updates.

When I realised I was missing a tiny plastic cover from the remote lockout, customer service quickly sourced a replacement for me. When it turned out the replacement item was out of stock, rather than have me wait 8 weeks, Canyon agreed to reimburse me for an entire new unit, at considerable extra cost, rather than make me wait.

And most importantly of all, I love the bike! I've previously always been in the hardtail gang, but my Lux Trail is so smooth and fast!

Anyway, I hope this might reassure people, like me, who may be worried about ordering from Canyon.
